INGREDIENTS
SPONGE CAKE

Ingredients
3eggs
¾ cup sugar
¾ cup oil
½ cup boiling water
1 ½ cup flour
2 ½ teaspoon baking powder
1 teaspoon vanilla essence
Method
beat eggs and sugar till light and fluffy, then add oil, boiling water and vanilla essence and beat again then add dry ingredients and beat again . Bake in a pre-heated oven 180°c for 20 minutes.
