Ice cream cake5 L vanilla ice cream divided into 3 bowls.In 1 bowl add green colouring to vanilla ice cream with 200g chopped aero mint or bubbilee mint.In the 2nd bowl add ½ cup pink or red milkshake syrup to vanilla ice cream with a drop of red colouring if necessary. Leave 1L vanilla ice cream as is.2 x 2 L chocolate ice cream *Chocolates for decorating 250ml bakels whipping cream ¼ cup icing sugar Whip above set aside till needed* To Assemble :Line cake pan with cling wrap both sides. I used 30 cm round pan. Pour 2L softened chocolate ice cream. Freeze.Alternate layers and freeze for few hrs. Freeze overnight. Turn out and decorate as desired. If u prefer u can decorate the cake with slightly softened vanilla ice cream. Play with your imagination.
