Shack Burger and Crinkle Cut Fries: 200 gr coarse fatty ground beef, preferably rib4 Slices cheese1 Tomato2 Lettuce leaves2 Burger buns2 Large potatoes1 Tablespoons butterSea or rock saltBlack pepper Shack Sauce:2 Tablespoons mayonnaise½ Teaspoons mustard3 Cloves of garlic½ Teaspoons hot paprika2 Tablespoons white vinegar3 Pinches of garlic powder2 Pinches of granulated sugar
Add sunflower oil in a pot and turn on the heat for fries. Put your iron cast grill on medium heat for your burger patties.Peel 2 large potatoes and slice them to your desired thickness with a crinkle cutter. If you don’t have one, you can slice them and make regular fries.When the oil is hot enough, place the potatoes in the pot.While potatoes are frying you are ready to make shack sauce. In a bowl put 2 tablespoons of mayonnaise, ½ teaspoons of mustard, ½ teaspoons of hot paprika, 2 tablespoons vinegar, 3 pinches of garlic powder and 2 pinches of granulated sugar. Crush 3 garlic cloves and add them into the bowl. Mix them well, and your shack sauce is ready.For the patties, divide your meat into 2 balls. First, sprinkle salt and pepper on your cast iron grill, then place your meatballs on it.Using a metal spatula flatten the balls by pressing on the spatula to help flatten the patty.Cooking the patties until the bottom turns a bit crisp. Sprinkle some more salt and pepper on patties and flip. Place 2 slices of cheese for each patty and cover them with metal bowl to melt cheese quicker.Cut your burger buns in half. Add 1 tablespoons of butter to the cast iron grill and toast your bun.When your buns absorb all the buttery and meaty flavors, take them out from the grill. Spread sauce on the bottom halves.Place your patties onto bottom of buns and put 1 leave of lettuce for each burger. Place 2 thinly sliced tomatoes on each lettuce of the burger. Spread more sauce on the top halves of the buns and top off the burgers.Fries will be ready when they are golden. Remove them from the fryer and drain them on a few sheets of paper towel. Try not to crowd them on the towel otherwise they will get soft. Add salt and spice to taste while they are hot.Delicious shack sauce, shack burgers and crinkle cut fries are ready.Use extra sauce as fries dip. Enjoy your meal!
