250g Rama Margarine1.¼ cups sugar4 eggs2.½ cups selfraising flour2 tablespoon cocoa¾ cup milk½ cup water
ICING2 tablespoon margarine1 cup icing sugar2 teaspoon cocoaMilk
METHOD
Cream margarine and sugar until white add in eggs and continue beating. Add the cocoa and continue mixing until well blended,gradually add in flour then add milk and water. By now you should have a creamy chocolate batter.Grease 2 loaf pans or 1 large rectangle oven tray,pour batter in and then bake on 180©for about 40 minutes or until a skewer comes out clean. Allow to cool before icing
ICING. Mix the icing ingrediants together adding milk until the consistency you like is obtained.Spread over and crush flake or any chocolate you preferEnjoy!
