250ml plain yogurt
3 large eggs
625ml self raising flour
1 tin granadilla pulp (reserve a little for decoration )
60 g butter
1 and ½ cup icing sugar
½ tub cream cheese
Dash of lemon juice
Beat sugar, oil, yogurt and eggs till creamy.
Add self raising flour and beat well.
Pour into 2 small cake tins or one large. Bake at 180 for about 30 minutes.
Syrup: Boil still sticky and brush over cake/s once cooled and removed from pan
Beat butter and icing sugar till creamy add cream cheese and beat till combined. sandwich cakes with icing and top as well decorate with reserved granadilla
