INGREDIENTS
2 bunches spinach chopped
1 cup sour milk
quarter packet tamarind (thick juice)
three quarter cup white vinegar
10 cloves of garlic
12-14 green chillies
1 onion grated (remove water)
4 teaspoon dhana/jeeroo
1 and half teaspoon salt or more
three quarter teaspoon arad (Turmeric)
4 teaspoon brown sugar
2 cups flour
half cup mealie meal
3 cups gram flour
4 teaspoon baking powder
3 tablespoon Methi (Fenugreek) masala
1 tablespoon chilli powder
1 bunch dhania (coriander) cut fine
1 and three quarter cups water
1 pineapple peeled and chopped
3 green apples(granny smith) peeled and
chopped
6 small bananas grated
METHOD
Liquidise the sour milk, vinegar,garlic, green chillies,
pineapple and apple.Add in the rest of the ingredients. Grease oven tray with oil.
Pour mixture into tray and bake at 180 degrees for 30 minutes. Cool. Cut into squares. Suitable for freezing.
