Cut spinach into strips and leave aside. Cut chicken filet into small cubes. In a pot add oil and lots of onions.Once brown add 1tblsp garlic paste then add the chicken cubes let it cook well. Add 2 teaspoon green chilies, zeal salt and lots of black pepper, add salt to taste. Open a tin of sweet corn and add half a tin. Let it cook then add the spinach let the water burn a little and leave aside. Put 15 zomba potatoes on boil once done mash and add butter salt black pepper and chopped corriander, make your normal white sauce: I add mozzarella cheese in my white sauce once it's thick, in a Pyrex dish add the mashed potatoes then the spinach mixture then add white sauce and put lots of cheddar and mozzarella cheese.
