Ingredients 1:½ Kg Chicken breasts½ Teaspoons salt or to taste1 & ½ Tablespoons white vinegar2 Tablespoons lemon juice1 & ½ Tablespoons freshly chopped garlic1 Tablespoons olive oil Ingredients 2:3 Tablespoons yoghurt (dahi)1 Teaspoons crushed black pepper1 Teaspoons Kashmiri red chili powder1 Tablespoons coriander powder (dhania (coriander))½ Teaspoons paprika¼ Teaspoons salt
Marinate the chicken breasts with ingredients 1, mix coating chicken well. Leave for 30 minutes. In a separate bowl combine and mix ingredients 2. Now add this to the chicken coating well. Cover and leave for 2 hours to overnight. Chicken can now be grilled on a braai (bbq) or grilled in a grill pan with little olive oil. Grill either way to your liking and enjoy!
