Ingredients 1:½ Kg Beef mince50-60 gr Beef fat1 & ½ Tablespoons ginger garlic (finely chopped)4 Tablespoons green chili or to taste (finely chopped) ¾ Tablespoons salt or to taste1 & ½ Tablespoons crushed coriander (dhania (coriander))1 Tablespoons chili flakes1 Tablespoons crushed cumin (jeera / zeera)½ Tablespoons garam masala¾ Tablespoons carom seeds (ajwain)2 Tablespoons crushed dried pomegranate½ Cups maize flour1 Cups green coriander leaves1 Tablespoons Oil for frying Ingredients 2:1 Egg2 Medium Onions chopped (squeeze out the water) Ingredients 3 :2 Medium tomatoes (deseeded and chopped)
Mix well all ingredients 1 for 5 minutes. Now add ingredients 2 and mix well until all combined. Refrigerate for 1 hour.After an hour remove from refrigerator, add ingredients 3 and mix well until combined.Shape into burger patties to size of your choice. Fry on medium to low flame for 8-10 minutes each side or done to your liking. Patties can be served with onion rings, tomato, lemon a dip / sauce as a kabab, or add to a bun to make burgers with toppings of your choice. Serve either way to your liking and enjoy!
