RECIPE
Again... it tastes like wedding Sojee (semolina flour), trust me I'm a huge Sojee (semolina flour) critic• so soft and flavorful give it a try!
Tried and Tested by Sumi
1. Melt 125g butter, add in 1 and ½ cup semolina and braise until semolina changes color.
2. Add in 1 cup sugar and 1 cup boiling water and stir until sugar is dissolved.
3. In a bowl whisk together 2 eggs, 1 cup milk, ½ teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder and a pinch of saffron (optional).
4. Once sugar is dissolved, put heat to low and add in milk mixture and ¼ teaspoon egg yellow (optional) and stir until Sojee (semolina flour) comes together and well combined. Then cover and leave to steam 10 minutes. ENJOY 😍
