250g butter 1 cup Sojee (semolina flour) ¾ teaspoon elaichi powder 1 liter milk ½ cup sugar ½ lid egg yellow coloring 1 tin nestle cream 1 tin condensed milk Pinch of saffron
Braise together butter and Sojee (semolina flour) till lightly pink. In a mixing bowl add in milk, sugar, nestle cream, condensed milk, coloring and elaichi powder. Microwave saffron for 30 seconds, crush and add to milk mixture. Whisk in milk mixture to Sojee (semolina flour) and continue whisking till no lumps form. Cook on medium heat till thick.
