2 kg topside steak cut into pieces washed and drained Marinate in:2 tablespoon @purespice_sa ginger 🫚 garlic 1 tablespoon @purespice_sa steak and chops masala 3 tablespoon Mexican spice 1 teaspoon Calcutta garlic bbq spice1 teaspoon six gun grill spice 1 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon black pepper ½ cup lemon 🍋 juice Cook above in ghee (Clarified butter) (I pressure Cooked for 25 minutes)Cook till dry. Add in 100g butter1 ½ cup robot peppers stripsAdd in ¾ cup fresh cream 4 tablespoon garlic sauce Simmer till saucyGarnish with greens I served with mixed Veggies & rotis
Mixed Veggies:Boil 10 minutesdrain out water Add in 50g butter + fresh Cracked black pepper + ½ cup brown sugar Simmer on low
