INGREDIENTS
½ kg steak cut into strips
1 tablespoon crushed garlic / 6 fresh garlic cloves chopped
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon soya sauce
1 teaspoon jeera powder
1 teaspoon dhana powder
pinch haldi
1 teaspoon chinese salt (zeal)
salt to taste
sauce :
5 tablespoon tomato sauce
3 tablespoon soya sauce
3 tablespoon maggi chilli garlic sauce
1 tablespoon peri sauce of your choice
1 teaspoon corn flour mixed in ¼ cup warm water
½ cup water .
METHOD
Cook steak in all the above mentioned spices until tender add water if necessary . before serving add all the sauces and simmer , Add the corn paste along with the water simmer and serve .Garnish with freshly chopped dhania (coriander) Serve with rogne naan
