dough recipe adapted from the net
2 cups flour / bread flour
1 1⁄2 teaspoon instant yeast
3 tablespoon sugar
1⁄2 teaspoon salt
3⁄4 cups warm water ( add little more if needed )
1⁄4 cup warm milk
2 tablespoon butter
For 1⁄2 kg streak cubed small
1 onion chopped fine
1 tablespoon garlic
1 teaspoon red chilli paste
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1⁄2 teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon BBQ spice
Salt to taste
1⁄4 cup picallalli sauce
1 tablespoon tomatoe paste
Handful dhania (coriander)
Add the yeast in water and allow to dissolve .
In a container add the flour and the remaining dry ingredients . Crack egg in the center add milk and the soften butter , pour the water mixture and start mixing, knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes cover and set aside to rise until double its size .
Add oil and onions and sauté , onions should be white but soften . Add garlic and red chilli braise for 30 seconds , add the steak and remaining ingredients add water and cook on low until soften . Lastly add the sauces and simmer on low for 5 minutes garnish with dhania (coriander)
Using oiled hand remove dough from container , make small balls as this rises a lot .
Roll out add filling in middle close . Brush egg ontop sprinkle mustard seeds or herbs and bake in a preheated oven until done if you serving same day .
To freeze - bake for 10 minutes remove , allow to cool them freeze .

You can make whatever shapes on buns you desire .
You can use leftover chicken or steak filling . Make sure it's not dry .
