Dough : 2 cups flour / bread flour 1 ½ teaspoon instant yeast 3 tablespoon sugar ½ teaspoon salt 1 egg ¾ cups warm water ( add little more if needed )¼ cup warm milk 2 tablespoon butter Filling For ½ kg streak cubed small 1 onion chopped fine 1 tablespoon garlic 1 teaspoon red chilli paste 1 teaspoon dhana powder ½ teaspoon lemon pepper 1 teaspoon BBQ spice Salt to taste ¼ cup picallalli sauce 1 tablespoon tomatoe paste Handful dhania (coriander)
Dough : Add the yeast in water and allow to dissolve . In a container add the flour and the remaining dry ingredients . Crack egg in the center add milk and the soften butter , pour the water mixture and start mixing, knead on a floured surface for 5 minutes cover and set aside to rise until double its size . Steak Add oil and onions and sauté , onions should be white but soften . Add garlic and red chilli braise for 30 seconds , add the steak and remaining ingredients add water and cook on low until soften . Lastly add the sauces and simmer on low for 5 minutes garnish with dhania (coriander) Using oiled hand remove dough from container , make small balls as this rises a lot . Roll out add filling in middle close . Brush egg ontop sprinkle mustard seeds or herbs and bake in a preheated oven until done if you serving same day . To freeze - bake for 10 minutes remove , allow to cool them freeze .
