½ kg cury mutton /leg mutton
1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon ground green chilli ( if you do not eat spicy add less )
2 tablespoon vinegar
½ teaspoon crushed black pepper
½ teaspoon lemon pepper
1 teaspoon gorimas steak and chops spice
1 teaspoon dhana powder
1 teaspoon jeera powder
¼ teaspoon haldi
salt to taste
2 chopped up tomatoes / grated
In a pressure cooker add butter as well as ginger,garlic and green chili and on medium heat allow this to saute add the mutton followed by all the spices. cook until the water of mutton is completely burnt out , add chopped tomatoes and 3 glasses water close pressure cooker and allow this to cook about 5 to 6 whistles .
if u cooking in a pot after mutton water had burnt out add 4 glasses water as well as chopped tomatoes and allow this to cook on low until meat is tender .
serve with roti / rice and kachumbar
