1 kg prawns / I used black tiger 2 blobs garlic butter Remove heads 7 to 8 freshly chopped garlic cloves Green chillies Green dill a nice handful ( this is what gives the flavour) Freshly chopped dhania (coriander) 1 teaspoon portueguese spice 1 teaspoon crushed black pepper
Squeeze half lemon
1 tablespoon tomato paste 5 tablespoon Minnie's portueguese peri peri sauce 2 tablespoon mayo
¼ cup water You can also add fresh cream ( I didn't )
In a small bowl add the prawns Along with all the spices herbs and sauces .
In a non stick add the garlic butter and toss in the marinade prawns . Cook on medium heat until you see water coming out , lower speed and allow this too cook add the ¼ cup water . Cook completely . If you want to add cream add now and serve immediately . Garnish with dill And dhania (coriander)
