TIP:Use for Birthday Cake etc If baking DOUBLE QUANTITY then her suggestion was bake 2 lots of ROUNDS 250g Soft Rama. (u may use Butter)250 g Sugar BEAT well till light & Fluffy & Creamy Use 4 Eggs ( in a bowl beat up the eggs SEPERATELY)Then add to the Cream mixture Add Vanilla essenceKeep beating Add 2 cups flour4 teaspoon Baking Powder2 tablespoon Cocoa -( or Custard powder)Beat mixAdd½ Cup BOILED WATER½ Cup MILKBEATto a smooth Cake a batterDIVIDE THE BATTER FOR 2 TONE CAKEPour Batter equally in 2 Rounds Trays Place in a Greased Cake PanAbout 25cm in. LengthBake for 20-25 minutes or Until Skewer comes out cleanCoolCut with Cookie cutter Rounds or SquaresDecorate With whipped fresh cream (add 1 teaspoon icing sugar to the cream then whip) Or use Butter icingUse varients eg:Add mint essence for peppermint frosting etc Can Even use as A Burfi cake add Klim or Any milk powder to the icing sugar with crushed Elachi (cardomom) and Rose essence)
