Ingredients 1:½ Kg boneless beef (use sirloin - cut into strips)1 Tablespoons soy sauce1 Tablespoons white vinegar½ Tablespoons sugar½ Teaspoons salt1 Teaspoons white pepper powder1 Tablespoons garlic paste1 Tablespoons corn starchOil for frying Ingredients 2:2-3 Tablespoons oil1 Teaspoons garlic paste1 Tablespoons soy sauce2-3 Tablespoons oyster sauce1 Tablespoons hot sauce (or chili sauce)½ Tablespoons white vinegar½ Tablespoons sugar½ Teaspoons black pepper powder Ingredients 3:1 Cups water or as needed1 Tablespoons corn starch mixed in ¼ cup water Ingredients 4:Fried beef strips (which was set aside)4-5 Green chilies deseeded and slit length wise1 Small green bell pepper julienne1 Thumb size ginger julienne or as needed
Marinate the beef strips with ingredients 1, mix coating the beef strips well. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.Preheat oil on medium heat. Fry the beef strips on medium to high heat until tender. Once done, remove from oil and set aside. In a pan or wok add ingredients 2, mix and cook on high heat for a minute. Now add ingredients 3, mix and cook for 30 seconds. Now add ingredients 4, mix & cook on high heat for 1 minute. Beef Chili Strips in now tender, juicy and ready. Serve with plain boiled rice or flatbread, chapati or paratha. Enjoy!
