CustardAdd to a pot:2½ cups milk5 tablespoon sugarBring to a gentle simmer.
In a bowl, mix:½ cup milk4½ tablespoon custard powderAdd this mixture to the simmering milk and cook, stirring constantly, until thick.Remove from heat and allow to cool completely.
Once cooled, fold in:1 cup whipped Bakels Delight imitation cream
Other Ingredients
¾ packet Baker’s Tennis biscuits (crushed)1 cup Bakels Delight cream, whipped3 bananas, sliced4 tablespoon Caramel Treat (for decorating)
To Assemble🔹️Spoon a thin layer of custard into your dish.🔹️Sprinkle crushed Tennis biscuits over the custard.🔹️Layer sliced bananas on top.🔹️Add whipped cream and spread evenly.🔹️Repeat the layers once more.🔹️Finish with a final layer of custard, fully covering the bananas.🔹️Sprinkle lightly with crushed biscuits.🔹️Pipe caramel treat over the top.🔹️Pipe whipped cream around the edges to finish.🔹️Chill before serving for best results.
