In a bowl add ingredients 1 and let the chicken soak. This brining process is important so do not skip.In a another bowl add ingredients 2, mix and combine well to make marinade.Drain the chicken from the brining liquid and add to marinade bowl. mix an coat the chicken well with the marinade. Cover and refrigerate for 24 hours.Now skewer the chicken cube pieces, place in a foil lined baking tray and grill in oven for 30 minutes at 200 degrees C or until done. Serve with salad, dip or side of your choice. Enjoy!
