INGREDIENTS
4 pieces of Hake /white fishCajun Spice mix -you can use a ready made Cajun spice1 teaspoon paprika½ teaspoon smoked paprika¼ teaspoon cumin powder1 teaspoon chilli powder1 teaspoon garlic powder1 teaspoon onion powder½ teaspoon parsley½ teaspoon thyme½ teaspoon oregano½ teaspoon salt½ teaspoon white pepperMix the above and add to 2 tablespoon olive oil1 teaspoon minced garlicA good squeeze of lemon
Creamy Lemon Garlic sauce100g @florasouthafrica Gold1 teaspoon garlicJuice of half a small lemon½ tablespoon Mayo200ml cream (long life will make a thicker sauce)Aromat (a South African Spice)Dried ParsleyPortuguese chicken spice/Cajun spice
METHOD
Brush the spice mix on your hake fillets and grill for 10-15 minutes on the highest setting in your airfryer or in a preheated grill. This would be cooked just before serving.
SauceMelt Flora Gold with garlic, add the lemon juice.Whisk in the Mayo on medium heat. Take off the heat
