INGREDIENTS
➡️Marinade:▪️1 kg chicken ▪️Salt ▪️1 teaspoon red chilli powder (adjust to taste)▪️1 tablespoon lemon juice ▪️¼ teaspoon turmeric powder▪️1 teaspoon paprika▪️1 teaspoon cayenne pepper▪️1 teaspoon oregano ▪️1 & ½ tablespoon Cajun spice▪️1 tablespoon ginger-garlic masala ➡️Sauce:▪️½ tablespoon butter▪️1 tablespoon mayo▪️1 tablespoon tomato sauce ▪️1 tablespoon Calisto's Hot Peri-Peri ▪️1 tablespoon Nando's Hot Sauce▪️1 tablespoon Sauce-a-licious Peri Peri Sauce
METHOD
▪️Marinate chicken in above ingredients. Let the marinade sit for a few hours if possible. ▪️Cook in pan - with water and 1 tablespoon organic coconut oil (any oil can be used).▪️After the chicken has cooked, mix the sauce in a separate saucepan and add the hot sauce to the chicken. Let it simmer. ▪️Garnish with coriander. Serve with roti, chips or veggies. ▪️Bon Appetit! 🍽

- Any oil can be used.
- Can be served with naan, roti, chips or vegetables.
- Potatoes can be added to the chicken in the pot.
- Add chopped chillies for a hotter experience 🌶
