6 small pieces of Hake
2 teaspoon baking powder ½ teaspoon salt ¾ flour 1 cup water
Add baking powder, salt and flour. Whisk in to form a batter , the batter should not be too thick or too runny
Coat Hake in batter. Deep fry in medium to hot heat till fully cooked and golden brown
