1 kg fish (of your choice)
1 onion, finely chopped
3 tablespoon parsely
1 teaspoon salt (to taste)
1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
1 teaspoon olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon juice (or fresh lemons work best)
1. Combine ingredients, coat fish and marinate overnight (or at least for a few hours)
2. Grill on high for 20 minutes or until done
