INGREDIENTS
1 cup rice cooked with spice for rice and tiny
green pepper cubes
20 baby potatoes par boiled and then grilled with
2 teaspoon butter,salt,coarsely crushed chilli flakes
500g chicken strips,marinated in salt lemon
juice,pepper and coarsely crushed chilli flakes.
nandos hot peri peri sauce,
nandos garlic sauce,
nandos mild peri peri sauce
2 tablespoon butter
METHOD
place the marinated chicken with a little bit of olive oil in the oven and bake till cooked.in a pan add the 2 tablespoon butter, 2 tablespoon hot and 2 tablespoon mild peri peri sauce, 2 tablespoon garlic sauce and sizzle just once. pour over the baked chicken strips and serve,with the rice and grilled potatoes.
