6 pieces of hake (flat pieces)4 potatoes (cut into 8 pieces)1 Onion. ( cut in rings)½ green pepper (cut in cubes)50g butterGarlic flakesFish spiceStirfry mix ( Mexican )½ lemon½ teaspoon black pepperLemon and Garlic spicesFresh cream
METHOD
Boil the potatoes with teaspoon salt. Drain and set aside once soft.Wash hake fillets and cover with ginger garlic and fish spice then set asideIn flat specious pot add butter, onion rings, green pepper and garlic flakes and fry until onion gets light brown.Add squeezed lemon and a little lemon rind, black pepper and sprinkle lemon and garlic spice to flavorAdd stirfry veg to fry inThen add potatoes and sprinkle more lemon and garlic spicesLet it mix and blend together for 5 minutesThen spread the mix to the side of the pot to make space for the filletPut the potatoes and veg on top of the fillet to cookAdd few slices of butter for the fish to cookCook on medium heat so it don't catch at the bottomThen pour ½ fresh cream and let it simmer.Close potSimmer for further 5 minutes and put stove off
