INGREDIENTS
1 box baby hake (6 baby hake) 3 tablespoon Robertsons Fish spiceAromat (a South African Spice) 2 teaspoon lemon pepper1 teaspoon garlic and herb ½ teaspoon white pepper2 teaspoon crushed green chillies1 ½ teaspoon crushed garlic 2 teaspoon mayonaise2 tablespoon olive oil
Sauce:250 ml fresh creamAromat (a South African Spice)5-6 tablespoon Left over marinade4 tablespoon butterMaziena (Just a little less then ¼ teaspoon) diluted in little waterChopped coriander
METHOD
1. Clean and cut hake in 2 or 3 pieces2. Marinate with above ingredients and leave aside for few hours3. Fry on both sides till done or bake on 180 degrees till +- 45 minutes 4. Make sauce with above ingrediants (If theres no marinade masala left add in little of all the spices that was added in marinade)And little bit maziena to make the gravy little thick 5. Garnish with dhaniya
