6 hake fillets let all moisture drain out Marinate fish with 🐟2 blocks of green masala (I usually store my green masala in a ice cube tray ) Green masala is a mixture of garlic ,green chilies ,dhanya,lemon juice,green pepper (and mint optional) 🐟 salt and black & white pepper to taste 🐟 garlic flakes/crushed garlic 🐟 parsley 🐟and butter (melted ) 🐟 Aromat (a South African Spice)
Mix all the above and make a marinade and pat all over the fish and let it marinate for a while .Thereafter take a cup of flour mix with a sprinkle of salt and pepper some fish spice and cajun.Pat fish with flour mixture and fry in low oil which must be medium to hot oil till done.Don't overfill pan with oil.(Optional to Make a lemon butter sauce and pour over fish. ) Serve with chips or spicy rice
