RECIPE
Boil your choice of vegetables until half done. Now boil 2cups of rice and keep aside. Now takes ½ cup brown onion,2-3 chopped tomatoes 3-4 tablespoon yogurt little chopped coriander and 2-3 free chilies mix all together and make thick paste. Now take oil in a pot. Add 1 teaspoon Jeeru (Cumin) cinnamons stick 1/2 teaspoon fennel seeds 1/4 teaspoon onion seeds 3-4cloves 1/2 teaspoon black peppercorns 2 bay leaves 2 brown Elaichies and 3-4 green Elaichies. Now add tomatoes and brown onions paste,1 teaspoon red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon turmeric 2-3 teaspoon dhana powder salt to taste 1/2 teaspoon Garam masala and 2-3 teaspoon Shan biryani masala mix and add little water. Cover and cook all spices for 5-10 minutes on slow flame. When masala almost done then u add all boiled vegetables and cook another 5 minutes on slow flame. Now add chopped coriander chopped green chilies and chopped mint.before layering the biryani give charcoal Dum. Now layer rice on bottom then vegetables masala then on the masala sprinkle chopped mint coriander and brown onions. Then layered remaining rice. Now take ¼ cup milk add pinch of saffron ghee2-3 tablespoon and kewda water 1 teaspoon make it hot in microwave and spread it on rice. Lastly sprinkle on rice chopped mint coriander chopped green chilies brown onions and orange food coloring. Little water. Now cook for 15-20 minutes on very slow flame till cook completely. Serve hot with raita salad papad and achar 🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲🍲
