Step 1:⅓ Cups oil1 & ½ Tablespoons crushed ginger garlic½ Kg Beef mince (80% meat 20% fat) Step 2:1 & ¼ Teaspoons salt½ Teaspoons turmeric1 Tablespoons crushed coriander½ Tablespoons cumin powder½ Tablespoons chili flakes½ Teaspoons all spice (garam masala)½ Teaspoons crushed black pepper1 & ½ Tablespoons crushed green chilies2 Medium tomatoes (chopped) Step 3:½ Cups plain yoghurt5-6 Dried whole red chili1 Large onion (sliced)½ Tablespoons crushed fenugreek Step 4:1-2 Tablespoons chopped coriander leaves1-2 Tablespoons fresh ginger julienne½ Teaspoons all spice (garam masala)
Step 1:In a wok add oil and crushed ginger garlic. Fry ginger garlic for a minute.Now add the beef mince, mix with ginger garlic, cook on medium heat until mince dries or oil comes out.Step 2:Add ingredients of step 2, mix and cook until soft and oil comes out. Now add 1 & ½ cups water or as needed, and cook on medium to high heat until water evaporates.Step 3:Add ingredients of step 3, mix, cover and cook for 5 minutes on low heat.Step 4:Add ingredients of step 4, mix and cook for 1 minute on low heat. Mince karahi in now ready. Serve and enjoy with roti!
