In a pot add oil, ghee (Clarified butter) and ginger garlic paste, cook on medium heat for 1 minute. Add beef, cover and cook on medium heat until the colour changes.Add salt and mix. Add tomatoes, cover and cook until tomatoes become soft. Mash the tomatoes once they are soft and mix well.Add water, cover and cook until water dries and beef becomes tender.Add coriander powder, all spice, cumin powder, green chilies, black pepper, ginger, mix well and cook till beef is nicely done.Serve and garnish with coriander leaves.Enjoy!
