1 ½ tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter)½ cup jungle oats2 cups milk ¼ sugar (sweetener of choice)¼ cup mix nuts1½ ground cardamom A big pinch of saffron.
In a pot melt the ghee (Clarified butter), add jungle oats and saute until slightly golden and fragrant then add milk, sugar, nuts, cardamom and saffron simmer for 5-10 minutes . Garnish with ground nuts and saffron.Serve warm
