½ cup rice
Water
1 litre milk
1 tin condense milk
1 tin Nestlé cream
Almonds
1 teaspoon Elachi (cardomom) powder (cardamon)
METHOD
Soak rice in water overnight. Boil rice until soft in water, when soft add ½ milk to rice and boil until its thick and mushy and keep stirring so as not to catch or burn. Add Elachi (cardomom) powder and more milk and condense milk and Nestlé cream and keep stirring and boil until done. Add almonds and serve hot. Enjoy!
