-1lt full cream milk
-1 tin plain rice pudding
(I use ambrosia)
-1 magnum almond
-sugar according to taste/preference
-Crushed almonds and pista (pistachio nuts) to decorate(optional)
1.) empty rice pudding in a saucepan,add the milk,sugar and magnum (including the chocolate and almond part) and bring to the boil on medium heat (stir frequently) then simmer on low until a creamy layer is formed at the top.
2.)pour into bowls or glasses and decorate with crushed almonds.
