Steak Prep:Rub steaks with all the ingredients and sauces and marinate it in refrigerator for 2 hours.Then grill the steaks on cast-iron grill or in wok with 2 tablespoons of oil for 10 minutes.Golden brown steak from both sides.Save the marinade to use in sauce preparation. Sauce Prep:In a pan place saved marinade and add the sauce ingredients.Place this pan on low heat and cook for few minutes. Best served on a sizzling plate and a bed of glazed onion to enrich the thrilling flavour together with the sauce.Alternatively serve on a bed of salad of your choice.Enjoy!
