INGREDIENTS
1 tablespoon oil 1 Can Chickpeas (drained)2 medium Potatoes (peeled cubed and shallow fry until golden )1 medium Red Onions finely chopped Fresh Chopped Coriander 1 tablespoon Chaat Masala ½ teaspoon Cumin Powder 1 teaspoon Chilli Flakes Salt to taste.
1 tablespoon Greek yogurt2 tablespoon Green Chutney 3 tablespoon amli (tamerine) Chutney
1 tbspoon Pomegranate Seeds Finely Chopped Coriander leaves sev (vermicelli) as needed
METHOD
In a bowl add Potatoes, Chickpeas, Cumin Powder, Chilli Flakes, Salt. Toss well. Top with Green Chutney, amli (tamerine) Chutney, Yogurt.
Finally sprinkle with Onions, Chaat Masala, sev (vermicelli), Pomegranate Seeds, Chopped Coriander .
