2 cups flour½ teaspoon saltWater to form a dough..... Rub the out side with ghee (Clarified butter)..... Set dough aside for 15mins. Roll out. Cut strips & roll around the silver cones...Lightly oil the cones & dust with flour to prevent dough from sticking...Fry in medium hot oil...

1 can chickpeas1 cubed tomatoe½ cubed onion½ cubed green pepperI used left over Bombay Potatoes any spiced potatoes can be usedChopped green dhania (coriander) & spring onions4 tablespoon aamili juice4 tablespoon lemon juice2 teaspoon shaan's chaat Masala.
