INGREDIENTS
2 small Potatoes boiled and cubed1 tin chickpeas wash & drained1 medium red onion cut finely1 small tomato cut finelyChopped coriander1 cup Yogurt (whisk)Tamarind sauce ¼ ts cumin powder 1 teaspoon Shaan chaat spice.Fried samoosa pur. (Crushed)Fried SamoosasFine sev (vermicelli).
METHOD
In bowl add potatoes, chickpeas, tomato, onions, chopped coriander , cumin powder. Mix.Roughly break samoosa place in plate add the chaat mixture, sprinkle pinch of chaat masala, crushed samoosa pur, fine sev (vermicelli) , top with yogurt & tamarind sauce, garnish with coriander. Serve immediately .
