Mielie Cake

INGREDIENTS

1 tin creamstyle sweetcorn.
½ cup cake flour,
½ cup mealie meal,
3 tablespoon ghee (Clarified butter),
½ cup milk,
3 teaspoon baking powder,
3 eggs,
salt to taste,
green masala.
Bhajee(optional)..

METHOD

Beat eggs and milk. Then add in all the other
ingredients. Pour into a greased casserole dish,
sprinkle tal (sesame seeds) or poppy seeds over. Bake in oven
temp 180 till done.. When done take out and cut
into squares and serve with the lemon chutney..
