INGREDIENTS
3 eggs1 cup yoghurt1 cup sugar1 cup oil1 teaspoon vanilla essence1 cup flour1 tablespoon baking powder1 cup dedicated coconut
METHOD
In a blender add eggs, yoghurt, sugar, oil and vanilla. Blend well till combinedIn a seperate bowl sift together flour baking powder. Add in coconut. Mix. Pour the blended mixture into the flour mix. Fold it in. Pour the batter into a greased pan and bake for 35-40 minutes at 180c Decorate
