I just adapted
RECIPE
Heat in a pot 1 cup sugar 1 cup waterAdd 3-4 tablespoon Gelatine (I added extra gelatine so it firm's up a bit more) Stir until the sugar dissolves Add a nice Drop of Pink Food colouringLer it simmer for another 7 minutesRemove and allow to cool Once coldAdd Vanilla essence And now beat up with electric hand beater till nice and foamy Toast up some Dessicated coconut till light gold Sprinkle some at bottom of a small square casserole Pour this over sprinkle more Dessicated coconut over Allow it to set in fridge to firm up nicely Cut in squares Enjoy
