INGREDIENTS
2 cups Glutinous rice flourGround peanut powder2 cups Water1 teaspoon Sugar1 teaspoon Sesame oil
METHOD
1. Pour the flour into the bowl.2. Add water and still well.3. Coat your rice cooker with a thin layer of oil then pour the mixture into the rice cooker.4. Cook for 3 minutes.5. Gently stir the mixture then cook for another 3 minutes.6. Stir the mixture again until it thickens and becomes sticky. Add the sesame oil and mix well.7. Cut the muah chee(mochi) into half to see if it is well cooked then add the crushed peanuts and sugar. Mix well.8. Cut the muah chee(mochi) into bite-sized pieces, coat it with peanut butter and enjoy!
