INGREDIENTS
1 Kilo Cake flour1x packet Yeast2x teaspoon Baking powder,(optional) 2 x teaspoon Sugar1 & ¼ teaspoon Salt½ Cup Oil or 100g Butter(room temp).. 2x Cups Boiling water (Lukewarm) 1x Cup Milk 1 Egg, beaten...2xTsp Honey(optional) 2xTsp Egg Yellow Food ColouringOil for fingers
Brush on top:1 egg, beaten¼ Cup Cold Milk½ teaspoon Poppyseeds or Sesame seeds
METHOD
In large bowl mix the dry ingredients firstly & set it aside. Then in another bowl add all wet ingredients then add the wet mixture to dry ingredients. Knead for 5 minutes with your hands...The dough must be nice & soft & loose frm fingers. Oil your hands & bowl on the side. Let the dough rest in a warm place for 1 & half hours, (double in size) let the dough do its magic! Roll the dough into round shaped balls & transfer to & oiled tray. Brush the egg rolls with the milk mixture & sprinkle poppyseeds on top. Bake for 25 minutes @ 180 degrees celsius until golden brown.
Delicious with Butter, Jam, Cheese

Also let the dough rise in your wonderbag for 1 hour in a warm place!
