1 orange sliced or cut into 8 pieces One tablespoon Orange pepper 1 Onion sliced into rings1 Tomato cut in rings2 dry chillies broken in halvesFew strips green pepper or robot pepper½ teaspoon red chillie paste½ teaspoon ginger garlicFew whole pepperGarlic flakesChillie flakes or pickle masala1 teaspoon saltSprinkle of thymeEnough oil to cover bottom of the pot8 to 10 drumsticksSprinkle of rustic garlic and herb spice(optional)Lemon and garlic spice (optional)Peri peri rub spice (optional)Peri peri braai (bbq) spiceSmall box Fresh cream
METHOD
Mix all together and braise till chicken is cooked and while cooking add a little boiling water for the chicken to cook add fresh cream and let it cook for 10min on medium heat and sprinkle more orange pepper and chillie flakesSprinkle spices for the tang
