INGREDIENTS
500g Tenderised Steak3x Large Onions2x PeppercornSalt to taste1x teaspoon Bbq Spice1x teaspoon Chicken Spice2x Green Chillies1 Clove Garlic, crushed1/ 4 teaspoon Tumeric, optional.. ½ teaspoon Black Pepper1 & ½ Cup WaterOil4x Potatoes, halved
METHOD
In a large pot add your oil to the pot... cut up your onions & braise for it in the oil for a few minutes. Now you can add in your peppercorns, chillies, garlic & fry for another 2 minutes. Transfer the steak pieces with the spices & cook for another 7 minutes. Add in the liquid bit by bit until the steak half way done,add in your potato halves & cook for 20 minutes. The gravy is thick & steak's soft & succelent.
Served with RICE, NAAN OR GARLIC BREAD & TOSS SALAD🌹
