INGREDIENTS
4 egg whites1 Cup sugar - caster or normal is fine1 teaspoon cornflour 1 teaspoon vinegar1 teaspoon vanilla extract
METHOD
Beat egg whites till stiffSlowly add in sugar and whisk until glossyAdd in cornflour, vinegar and vanilla, whisking after each addition
Bake at 150 for an hour then turn off oven and leave inside for another hour
INFO & TIPS
I would bake it lower at maybe 120 for an hour and leave I side for 30mins for the future
Filling:
Whipped cream with vanilla bean
Fresh fruit
