2 egg whites 125 g castor sugar½ teaspoon vanilla essence ½ teaspoon maizena (corn flour)½ teaspoon white vinegar

METHOD

Beat egg whites until stiff Add rest if ingredients and beat Pipe onto silicon sheet Bake at 100 for one hourLeave in oven to crisp
Top with whipped cream Drizzle with NutellaTop with fruit
