Beat egg white and salt until fluffy.( about 5 minutes) Continue beating and add sugar , vanilla essence and vinegar until thick and glossy.( about 12 minutes or more ) Lastly fold in corn flour. Grease oven tray and sprinkle cake flour. Spoon mixture on to tray , (try forming a circular shape). Pre-heat at 180, depending on your oven lower heat to 160 degrees and bake for approx 5 minutes , open oven and see if bottom is brown , if so lower heat to 100 degrees and bake further until top starts changing color ( about 20 minutes ) .
