A crisp shell, a pillowy center, and clouds of whipped cream.Topped with strawberries and a drizzle of zesty lemon curd or chocolate – this pavlova is pure poetry on a plate. 🤩

4 egg whites (set yolks aside)Beat with ¼ teaspoon cream of tartar until stiff
Gradually add in 1 cup castor sugar and mix until thick . Add 1 tablespoon cornflour and 1 teaspoon vinegar and mix.
Place mixture into a piping bag and pipe. Bake @ 120 ° thermofan oven for 1 - 1 ½ hrs.
Lemon curdMix egg yolks with ½ cup sugar and ¼ cup lemon juice.Bring to boil and stir continuously. Add in 2 tablespoon butter and mix in.
Top with fresh cream and strawberries and drizzle over lemon curd or melted chocolate.
