INGREDIENTS

500ml milkSugar to taste1 tablespoon custard powder/maizena (corn flour)Caramel treat - whipped till smooth½ can dessert cream

METHOD

Mix all ingredients together except the caramel treatChurn in an ice cream machine, after 20mins, add a swirl of caramel treat and nuts of choice Continue to churn until thick amd creamy

INFO & TIPS

Any chopped nuts can be used, I added in pecans
